The In-line product line is ideal for applications, which require full 10 Gbps throughput and application acceleration. Under typical conditions, Napatech network adapters can double throughput and provide 5 times better CPU utilization compared to standard network adapters.
Advanced features such as layer 2-4 traffic analysis, filtering, OS bypass and balanced Multi-CPU traffic processing ensure that all relevant traffic is quickly transferred to the appropriate application. This results in more CPU processing power for the application, which in turn improves performance.
Napatech addresses a pressing need in many network appliances – the need for more throughput and application acceleration. Network appliances are being asked to do more, in real-time at high line-rates such as 10 Gbps. Standard network adapters just cannot keep up.
At the Interop show, Napatech will be demonstrating its new line of products for In-line network analysis as well as a 20 Gbps pattern matching and anti-virus demonstration.
